With primer or without which is super frustrating! I was hoping that these would be a product that I could use for an easy look but unfortunately these will be best used for running errands or somewhere with minimal lighting? I will be using these as liners because they can be used as bases or liners. I wouldn't really recommend these, not even for the price. If you want a good base go with the Maybelline color tattoos, yes they are more expensive but the feel and consistency and lasting power of them are a lot better than the ELF smudge pots. The ELF Smudge pots are greasy feeling. They are creamy but there is like a slick feel to them. I don't know how to describe it. Like I said, I would pass. |
