I find that these pigments are difficult to work with for the most part.  The packaging is too small and compact that it is hard to get the right amount of product out into the cap.Using your fingers doesn't apply the pigment evenly on your eyelid. These NYX Ultra Pearl Mania Loose Pearl Eye Shadows are $2.99 at Ulta.  You can usually snag them for buy one get one 50% off.  There are 30 different colors to choose from but I find a lot of them to look very similar.

I use the Orange and Rust all over my lids whenever I use those, I find that those look best used that way.
Walnut in the outer corner or crease.
Pearl used as a face highlight.  On my cupid's bow, cheek bones, forehead, bridge of my nose and chin.

Pros- Cheap, pigmented, these pigments can be used for many things such as; eye shadows, blushes, highlighters, nail polish etc.

Cons- Difficult to use, poor packaging, poor color selection.
